About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team, in Mumbai or Bangalore - a go-getter with 6 months of relevant talent acquisition experience. This internship has the potential to be converted into a full-time role, on successful completion of the same, basis of satisfactory performance. Responsibilities :

• Source and screen profiles, and conduct preliminary rounds of telephonic interviews.
• Post jobs on various portals and manage the applications / database of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Update relevant databases with information on selected / joining candidates.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
