We are seeking a detail-oriented TA Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience in non-tech or Tech recruitment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment processes by creating reports, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and presenting data insights to enhance our hiring strategies.
About the Role : The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks that support the recruitment process and enhance the overall hiring strategy.
Responsibilities :
Create and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Utilize Excel to manage data related to candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and recruitment outcomes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring both candidates and interview panels have the required information and resources.
Prepare presentations to effectively communicate recruitment data and analytics to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in developing and executing strategies for talent acquisition to meet organizational needs.
Coordinate job postings and manage applications across various job boards and platforms.
Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
Support the recruitment team at career fairs and recruitment events.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain an updated recruitment database.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-tech industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various audiences.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
