About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team, in Mumbai or Bangalore - a go-getter with 6 months of relevant talent acquisition experience. This internship has the potential to be converted into a full-time role, on successful completion of the same, basis of satisfactory performance. Responsibilities :

Source and screen profiles, and conduct preliminary rounds of telephonic interviews.

Post jobs on various portals and manage the applications / database of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.

Update relevant databases with information on selected / joining candidates.

Demonstrate the ability to multitask and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements :

Are a graduate in any stream.

They are available for a minimum duration of 6 months.

Have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken.

Have a minimum of 6 months of prior relevant talent acquisition experience (sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior positions).

Have demonstrable creativity concerning sourcing candidates.

Have the ability to grasp and deliver an excellent pitch to potential candidates.

Are process-oriented - defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows, structure, and have an eye for detail.

Are comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.

Can succeed with minimal supervision.
