Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain.
• Undergo and get certified in TKM training modules.
• Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline).
• Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.
• Ensure KPI achievement : Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance,
• ex, etc.
• Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.
• Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
• 5+ years of experience in Automobile Industry
• 6 day working
• Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh.
