Product Trainer

Trainer Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training courses and interactive materials tailored for diverse end-user groups (e.g., field teams, managers, administrative staff).
• Conduct engaging training sessions both online (via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms) and in-person across various locations.
• Customize training programs to align with client-specific business processes, industry practices, and software configurations.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments; adapt content and methods accordingly.
• Create training documentation including user manuals, video tutorials, quick-reference guides, and FAQs.
• Provide first-line support to users during initial rollout phases, resolving software-related issues and offering functional guidance.
• Collaborate with the product development and support teams to stay updated on software enhancements, ensuring training content remains current.
• Track and report training metrics such as user adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and training completion rates.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor internal trainers or super-users within the client organization & own organization.
