Requirement :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior E-commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online business presence across various platforms.

Role :

1. Marketplace Management :

Handle end-to-end operations on platforms like

Flipkart, Meesho.

Upload and maintain accurate product listings, images, and descriptions.

Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock levels, and order flow to ensure smooth operations.

2. Website Management :

Coordinate with the website development and design team to update banners, product catalogs, and offers.

Ensure a seamless customer experience and updated content on the brand website.

3. Campaigns & Promotions :

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discount offers, and festive sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team for online visibility, banner placements, and creative updates.

4. Performance Monitoring :

Track daily and weekly sales performance and share reports with management.

Analyze platform insights (traffic, conversion, product performance) and suggest improvements.

5. Coordination & Support :

Work closely with the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Liaise with platform account managers for optimization and promotional support.
