Role Summary :

We are seeking a strategic, forward-looking leader to head our Infrastructure Services Practice. This role is designed for a VP-level professional with deep infrastructure expertise, including Cloud and ServiceNow capabilities , and a proven ability to shape service portfolios, drive innovation, and influence internal and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead practice development, capability building, and go-to-market strategies across core infrastructure areas, including data centers , network, storage, security, end-user computing, platform operations, modern workplace enablement, and emerging hybrid cloud and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Practice Strategy & Development :

• Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for core infrastructure services across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid IT landscapes.
• Identify market trends and client needs to develop relevant offerings and build reusable point solutions, IPs, and accelerators across infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow ecosystems.
• Drive continuous innovation across infrastructure modernization, workplace efficiency, cloud transformation, and IT operations resiliency.
• Embed ServiceNow and cloud-native platforms as foundational enablers within infrastructure offerings to create differentiated value.
