Job Title : CRM FUNCTIONAL LEAD

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of CRM systems,including configuration, customization, and integration with other businesssystems.
• Define and document business requirements forCRM functionalities based on stakeholder inputs.
• Customize CRM workflows, screens, fields, andreports to align with business processes and user requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with businessstakeholders to understand their CRM needs and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and recommend CRMsolutions that improve efficiency and enhance customer interactions.
• Provide consultation and guidance to businessunits on CRM best practices and capabilities.
• Manage CRM projects from initiation throughimplementation and post-implementation support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resourceallocation to ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, externalconsultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
