We’re Hiring : CRM Specialist & Team Lead – IT (India)

📍 Full-Time | On-Site – Bengaluru South, Karnataka (Jigani)

At SCHNEEBERGER , precision, innovation, and collaboration drive everything we do. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced CRM Specialist & Team Lead to join our India IT team and play a key role in supporting our Global Sales Organization .

In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll wear two impactful hats :

💻 CRM Developer – Working within global IT standards to shape and improve processes in MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing
👥 Team Lead – Guiding, motivating, and growing our local IT unit in India

🌟 What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain CRM applications , integrations, and customizations.

Evaluate and implement new CRM standard features , replacing legacy customizations

Ensure CRM system integrity , perform upgrades, and maintain performance

Manage CRM helpdesk operations (1st / 2nd level support)

Support and consult the Global Sales Team on MS Dynamics 365 standard features and enhancements

Build Power Apps , connecting CRM data with external data sources

Integrate CRM system with other existing business applications like SAP, SharePoint

Lead and inspire the local IT (India) team to deliver impactful solutions

Train and support global users, including documentation and enablement

Handle change requests , and support project management with PMs

Maintain comprehensive documentation via Microsoft DevOps & Git

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence or equivalent experience

Proven track record in CRM implementations , upgrades, and integrations

Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics, Power Platform, SQL) are a plus

3+ years of experience in CRM development – ideally MS Dynamics 365

Programming skills in JavaScript, XML, SQL, HTML / CSS, .NET

Hands-on with Power Platform tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power FX, Power BI

Strong understanding of data-driven automation and scalable business solutions

Fluent in English – both written and spoken

Proactive, organized, and customer-focused team player with leadership skills
