The incumbent of the position shall handle Brand and P&L for assigned
FMCG categories.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Oversee the lifecycle of products within the category
Drive innovation and new product development in collaboration with R&D and other stakeholder teams.
Manage category budgets, pricing, and profitability.
Monitor and improve gross margins and cost structures.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other stakeholder to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Define and implement channel-specific strategies.
Leverage consumer research and data analytics to guide decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Lead and mentor a team of Assistant brand managers and executives
Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration
