Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall Finance function including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
• Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
• Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.
• Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Skills Required :

Qualification & Experience :

Remuneration : 55 to 65 LPA including variable
