Project Manager - Data Center

The role is responsible for planning, organizing and delivery of Data Center construction projects; deploying financial and non-financial resources, identifying and implementing revenue-increasing / cost-saving opportunities in the project; and overseeing adherence to company guidelines and local regulations

• Degree in Engineering
• Total work experience +20 years
• Experience in managing project schedules and cost management (Change Orders).
• Experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities
• Proven experience of managing projects with MEP Scope, preferably within data center construction.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in project budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
