Job Summary :

CloudFronts Technologies is looking for a highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for client engagement, resource coordination, and timely project execution, especially within the Microsoft Solutions ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase IT projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical leads, consultants, developers, and QA) to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Act as the single point of contact for client communications, expectations, and escalations.
• Conduct regular status updates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-implementation reviews and implementing lessons learned.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies, including clients in the US and Europe.
• Ensure alignment with the Microsoft Solutions Partner ecosystem and maintain knowledge of updates and best practices.
• Champion the use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
• Leverage project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers or project coordinators.
