Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP and DC project verticals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals
Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
Proven track record in handling MEP and / or Data Center projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Strong network within infrastructure, real estate, or tech-driven industries.
