Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP and DC project verticals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Proven track record in handling MEP and / or Data Center projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Strong network within infrastructure, real estate, or tech-driven industries.
