We're hiring : Brand Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

About the role
We're looking for a hands-on brand creator who can turn strategy into iconic visual systems across digital, print, motion, and experiential. You'll own brand identity, craft campaign assets, animate stories, and build character / mascot systems—delivering a cohesive brand that's bold, consistent, and memorable.
What you'll do
Build and evolve end-to-end brand identities : logos, typography, color, grids, iconography, illustration styles.Create and maintain brand guidelines / design systems (tokens, components, usage rules).Design campaign assets for social, web, app, OOH, print, packaging, events , and partner co-branding.Produce motion graphics : animated logos, brand intros / outros, explainer sequences, micro-animations / Lottie.Character / mascot design : concepts, model sheets, turnarounds, expression sheets, animation-ready assets.Storyboard, art-direct photoshoots / renders, and collaborate with writers for cohesive brand voice.Ship production-ready files with accurate specs (CMYK / RGB, print pre-press, export pipelines).Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to hit timelines and budgets; iterate fast on feedback.What you'll bring
3–4 years in Brand / Visual / Motion design with a portfolio of shipped identities and campaigns.Tool-agnostic fluency (creativity >tools) : Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), Figma , and familiarity with Lottie, Blender / C4D (nice-to-have).
Strong fundamentals : layout, typography, color systems, hierarchy, accessibility, and data-led craft.Motion literacy : easing, timing, transitions, and asset optimization for web / app / social.Character design skills : shape language, silhouettes, consistency, and animation-friendly construction.Bonus : packaging, 3D look-dev, AI-assisted workflows, basic HTML / CSS exports, and vendor management.Why join us
