Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies for digital catalogues (website + marketplaces), social media, static ads, and packaging (as secondary). Lead design projects from concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Create high-quality static ads for Meta, Google, Amazon, etc. Design visually compelling social media creatives aligned with brand standards. Develop and implement AI-generated design tools, templates, and workflows to enhance productivity and creativity. Produce print-ready files with accurate specifications and color profiles. Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure quality control throughout production. Ensure design output meets requirements for both digital (social media, web) and print applications. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Create detailed design guidelines and maintain brand asset libraries. Produce high-quality digital and print-ready assets, including static ads, marketplace creatives (A+, storefronts, listings), digital catalogues, and social media creatives. Apply performance-first design principles and maintain visual consistency across paid and organic channels. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Create detailed design guidelines and maintain organized brand asset libraries. Handle packaging execution as a secondary, end-point requirement, coordinating with vendors when needed. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements across all channels. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior management. Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and AI technology partners when required. Minimum 4+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment. Preferred : Proven track record in packaging design (FMCG, retail, or consumer products). Mandatory : Experience in catalog design, print production, and digital / social media creative development . Hands-on experience with creative projects powered by AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms for design). Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, catalogues, paid ads, social creatives, and packaging. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of social media design formats, trends, and digital marketing principles . Exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop AI, RunwayML) – preferred. Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press . Knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and cost considerations . Experience with 3D rendering software (Cinema 4D, Blender) – preferred. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills . Understanding of consumer psychology, market trends in packaging, and social media engagement . Experience developing brand guidelines and implementing across print and digital channels. Translate ideas into clear, high-quality visual concepts with speed and accuracy. Demonstrate a strong visual-first approach with refined creativity and attention to detail. Understand consumer psychology and digital engagement principles to enhance creative impact. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines across channels. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio showcasing Digital ads, Marketplace creatives, Social media graphics, Digital catalogues, Packaging (secondary) Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects . Strongly resonates with Rasayanam Core Values . Immediate availability preferred. Experience in Fitness & Wellness, D2C Product Brands .
