As a Training Resourcing & Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training delivery lifecycle, from handling trainer sourcing requests and scheduling to managing billing, negotiations, and profitability. You will play a central role in expanding Dexler’s trainer base globally, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP modules, and optimizing operational processes for scale and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound SAP trainer requests and allocate trainers based on module, expertise, and availability.
• Oversee end-to-end training delivery—scheduling, logistics, readiness, and feedback.
• Maintain training calendars, dashboards, and delivery trackers for visibility and reporting.
• Evaluate trainer performance and manage ratings and feedback records.
• Expand Dexler’s global SAP trainer network across standard and niche modules.
• Build and maintain backup trainer pools across geographies.
• Onboard, vet, and manage freelance and partner trainers globally.
• Negotiate trainer rates and optimize margins for every engagement.
• Handle trainer billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Track delivery costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Maintain dashboards on the delivery pipeline, trainer utilization, and financial metrics.
• Provide regular management reports on training performance and profitability.
