As a Training Resourcing & Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training delivery lifecycle, from handling trainer sourcing requests and scheduling to managing billing, negotiations, and profitability. You will play a central role in expanding Dexler’s trainer base globally, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP modules, and optimizing operational processes for scale and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound SAP trainer requests and allocate trainers based on module, expertise, and availability.
- Oversee end-to-end training delivery—scheduling, logistics, readiness, and feedback.
- Maintain training calendars, dashboards, and delivery trackers for visibility and reporting.
- Evaluate trainer performance and manage ratings and feedback records.
- Expand Dexler’s global SAP trainer network across standard and niche modules.
- Build and maintain backup trainer pools across geographies.
- Onboard, vet, and manage freelance and partner trainers globally.
- Negotiate trainer rates and optimize margins for every engagement.
- Handle trainer billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Track delivery costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Maintain dashboards on the delivery pipeline, trainer utilization, and financial metrics.
- Provide regular management reports on training performance and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or engineering.4–5 years of experience in training operations, vendor management, and SAP training coordination.Familiarity with SAP learning programs and module landscape (functional and technical).Strong vendor negotiation and commercial management skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.High ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple global requests simultaneously.
