Job Description

Role and Responsibility :

• Understanding customer's requirement / ultimate goal and recommending most appropriate (feasible, simplest and most economic) solution to customer. If necessary, provide alternative solution / s.
• Conveying product range as per 'organizational limitations and capabilities'.
• Circulating checklists to branches for necessary inputs to provide appropriate solution.
• Discussion with second level offer support team for non-standard enquiries & on time offer submission to Demag sales front line
• Discussion with Engineering team for high value customized solutions during offering phase
• Discussion with Manufacturing team for high value non-standard supply material during offering phase
• Submitting detailed technical solution that is being offered to meet customer requirement.
• Submitting price for the solution (Supply, Transportation and Service)
• Accompanying branch during customer interactions if required
• Create and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP for non-standard projects.
• PO review for techno commercial points
• Attending Project KOM and support order execution as and when required
• Monitoring SOP adherence
• Improvement plan execution to increase profitability.
• Conducting sales product training for Demag Sales front line & Distributor front line.

Work Environment (Office / Factory / Site) : Office Primarily and based on need may travel to distributor & customers location.

Qualifications

KPI :

Education Required : BE Electrical / Mechanical

Professional Experience Required (Max – Min.) : 7-10 years

Skills Required

Experience in Mechanical and Electrical components-sizing selection etc, Knowledge of Crane Standard like IS 3177 IS 4137 CMAA FEM, Experience in design of Hot metal handling cranes, Good Knowledge of Excel tool, Familiarity with SAP and Efecte systems, Awareness about ISO 9001 14001 45001 requirements
