Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and desired outcomes from the project.
- Conduct workshops and analyse existing documentation to elicit and document detailed requirements.
Stakeholder Communication :
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and provide updates on the progress of the project.Business Process Analysis :
Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.Analyse workflows, data flows, and dependencies to optimize business operations.Documentation :
Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, API / Interface documentation and integration guides.Ensure these documents serve as references for developers, testers and other stakeholders.Web development, API and Database Integration :
Strong Conceptual understanding of web development concepts, API and SQL.Use Case Analysis :
Identify and analyse use cases for the Application, API to understand how it will be utilized by different systems, applications, or external parties.Determine functional requirements and integration points to ensure seamless interoperability.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :
Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure the systems meet business requirements and expectations.Post-Implementation Support :
Provide support during the post-implementation phase, address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement of the system based on user feedback.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst.Strong Conceptual understanding of Web Development technologies, SQL and API specifications, and documentation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Job Title : Senior Business Process Analyst
