Key Responsibilities :

Experience 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst , with a proven track record in marketing and technology environments.

Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience on Sales and Service Cloud.

Strong knowledge on Business process Lead to cash & Renewal process process.

Must have experience in Renewal Management, Order Management, Service Contract and Entitlement management.

Should have experience in Partner Portal, Deal registration process, Opportunity and forecast management.

Knowledge on Partner, Channel, MSP business in a Saa S industry is preferred

Should have the configurational knowledge of the salesforce platform like workflow, flow, basic salesforce configuration basic salesforce configuration

Good to documenting and functional flow diagram

Able to work directly with business to gather the requirements.

Ability to work with Technical, QA, Scrum / project Managers.

Must have BSA’s experience as writing Jira story, prepare documentation, Impact Analysis, Root Cause Analysis

Translate the business requirement to the technical team.

Facilitate User Testing, Planning and execution.

Self-starter, motivated, well-organized.

Good listener, Willing to learn new things and thrive in a fast paced team environment.
