Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales across our full suite of construction services. Your experience in real estate and / or construction will enable you to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide them confidently through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads across residential and commercial segments.
• Promote the company’s full range of construction services, including extensions, renovations, and new builds.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, developers, investors, and commercial clients.
• Conduct consultations, site assessments, and project briefings with a focus on client needs and feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, and delivery) to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handovers.
• Maintain CRM data, track pipeline, and report on KPIs regularly.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
