Adaptability : A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment is essential.
We are seeking an entry-level TechOps Trainee to join our Cloud Operations department. This role is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in cloud operations. You will be a key player in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure built on AWS, VMware, and Nutanix technologies, working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Performance : You will monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure operations are seamless and to identify areas for optimization.
- Technical Support : Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly, working in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Installation and Configuration : Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components, which will help ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.
