Strong background in Linux / Unix Administration

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools including Terraform, Packer, and

Ansible

Experience with Docker

Proficiency in one or more of Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell

Working knowledge of key / value stores and database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)

Familiarity with application monitoring and content delivery systems such as Redis, NewRelic,

Akamai, Fastly / Varnish, ELK, Grafana, etc.

Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure setup in a web hosting / delivery

environment

Experience with system hardening and knowledge in information security

Capable of architecting, designing, and implementing all server environments, from

development through production

Experience in deploying and troubleshooting complex web applications or microservices that

rely on components such as databases, caching layers, external APIs, CDNs, etc.

Good understanding of change and version management

Highly accountable and takes ownership

Experience in building secure cloud environments using industry best practices

Broad and deep experience with web operations, from automation of server provisioning to

cloud computing

Ability to manage projects, BAU work, and product roadmap priorities simultaneously

Monitoring & Observability Tools :

Experience with tools such as AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and other

monitoring platforms

Other Required Experience :

Strong understanding and practical experience with Disaster Recovery, Load Balancing, and

designing for High Availability

Prior experience working with NBFC / FinTech clients would be preferre
