About BatteryPool BatteryPool (Divish Mobility Pvt Ltd) is building India’s leading battery monetization platform. We make electric mobility affordable and scalable by enabling battery-as-a-service, lease-to-own, and second-life battery deployment. Backed by leading investors, we are expanding rapidly across multiple cities.

Role Overview We are looking for an Investor Relations & Compliance Associate to work directly with the Founder and play a key role in keeping our investor processes sharp, timely, and structured. This role is ideal for someone with a background in compliance or finance support (CA / CS firms, accounting firms, etc.) who also has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Draft and send periodic investor updates and reports

Maintain investor MIS, database, and records of shareholding / agreements

Coordinate investor payouts and track execution with the accounts team

Assist with MCA / RBI filings (FC-GPR, ROC forms, etc.) alongside our CA / CS partners

Support fundraising documentation and investor communications as needed

Handle investor queries professionally and promptly

Build structured templates and processes for investor reporting and compliance

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred)

Semi-qualified CA / CS or 2–3 years of experience in a CA / CS firm or finance / compliance support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional email drafting is a must)

Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and documentation tools

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven (super important!)

Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
