Job Description & Summary :

Within an IT Team, Business Analyst act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

As an Associate Business Analyst you will support the business analysis team by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.

Responsibilities :

As a Business Analyst in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities :

• Adhering to standardized business analysis processes & framework.
• Assist to gather and document business requirements.
• Support on basic research and analysis.
• Support business analysts with process models and workflows.
• Help with user acceptance testing

As a Associate Business Analyst you will have the following knowledge and skills :

Mandatory skill sets :

Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Process modeling, documentation,ADO &  UX skills, basic Technical knowledge, requirements gathering

Preferred skill sets :

Years of experience required : 3

Education qualification :

Bachelor's degree
