Key Responsibilities :

Analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy
Develop clear, data-driven strategy decks and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and drive data-informed decision-making
Support the planning and execution of business initiatives by providing analytical expertise and continuous performance tracking
Assist in defining KPIs, setting benchmarks, and measuring business impact across projects and functions
Contribute to process improvements and optimize reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and experience creating impactful presentations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
