About the Function

Corporate Secretarial Function manages global compliances for subsidiaries in 38 countries. This also includes compliances under Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable corporate laws for Tata Communications Limited in India and Corporate Secretarial compliances for international subsidiaries.

Purpose of your Role

The primary function is to provide day-to-day support for Corporate Secretarial Work for International & Indian entities of the Tata Communications group.

You will be

You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)

Global Compliances for subsidiaries across 38 countries.

Corporate Actions and Corporate Restructuring, ability to interact with external / international lawyers and law firms cross functional interactions, understanding of global corporate secretarial laws and regulations

Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and assessing the implications on Tata Communications in the Corporate Secretarial space globally.

Work relating to incorporation of companies, change of name, alteration of memorandum and articles of association, change of registered office.

Supporting internal cross-functional teams.
