6. Track and report ORM performance metrics and sentiment trends.

7. Identify opportunities to promote positive content and customer experiences.

8. Handle crisis situations and negative publicity with a strategic approach.

9. Develop and execute proactive ORM strategies to strengthen the brands online presence and credibility.

Qualifications : Any degree

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using ORM tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms

Strong research and problem-solving skills
