About the opportunity
You own the execution and support building the strategy for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
You perform in-depth / cross-functional analysis and make recommendations on how to allocate budget across channels, devices and campaigns
Drive App acquisition campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members
Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning
Own the full project and campaign lifecycle (including lead other projects if necessary), ensuring high quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams (measurement, attribution, creative, marketing, product..)
Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide clear guidance on how to best execute local tactics.
Continuously contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.
What you need to be successful
You have gained min. 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
You have managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter)
You gained strong App acquisition expertise, and ideally full-funnel marketing experience
You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders
You are used to breaking down complex problems in an actionable roadmap
You have leveraged incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback and influence the broader team.
