Role Description

This a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process Executive, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential donors, managing donor relationships, handling queries, providing information about fundraising campaigns, and ensuring a positive experience for donors. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up as necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales
• Ability to handle donor queries and provide information
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the fundraising or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Business, or related field
