Job descriptionBachelor’s degree / certification in Fitness, Exercise Science, or related field. Recognized certifications from ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or INFS preferred. 3–5 years’ experience as a fitness trainer in luxury gyms, boutique studios, wellness clubs. Proven expertise in functional training, HIIT, strength training, and fitness. Pilates or aerobics training (preferred). Knowledge of nutrition basics and lifestyle coaching (an advantage). Strong communication & motivational skills with ability to connect deeply with clients. CPR / First Aid certified (preferred).

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fitness Trainer to join our team and inspire women to transform their wellbeing.
Your Role :
- Conduct personal training and group fitness sessions designed. (strength, toning, weight management, postnatal fitness, etc.).
- Lead engaging classes in functional training, HIIT, strength training, and corrective exercise.
- Incorporate Pilates or aerobics into programs (preferred).
- Support members with fitness assessments, progress tracking, and safe, effective training plans.
- Educate clients on fitness, nutrition basics, and lifestyle habits to support holistic health.
- Create an empowering, motivating environment for women of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
