Key Responsibilities
Conduct
one-on-one and group training sessions
tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, rehab, etc.).
Perform
fitness assessments
and design personalized workout & nutrition guidance.
Ensure correct form, technique, and injury-free training for clients.
Motivate members to achieve
fitness milestones
with consistency and discipline.
Drive
personal training sales & cross-selling of memberships
where required.
Maintain records of client progress and provide regular updates.
Stay updated on the latest
fitness trends, equipment use, and training methodologies.
Uphold a professional, approachable, and
customer-first attitude
on the gym floor.
Requirements : -
Certification :
ACE, NASM, ISSA, INFS, ACSM, or equivalent recognized certification is mandatory.
Proven experience as a
Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach.
Strong knowledge of
exercise science, nutrition basics, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, energetic environment.
