Job Description
As a quality management professional, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our client's quality processes.
- Analyze Quality Processes
- Document and identify improvement opportunities for quality management processes aligned with SAP QM functionality.
- Configure and Customize SAP QM
- Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
- Design Effective Solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
- Test and Train
- Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
- Integrate with Other Modules
- Support integration between QM and other SAP modules.
- Manage Quality Data
- Manage master data related to quality inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and quality certificates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S / 4HANA environments.Strong understanding of quality management principles.Experience configuring quality control processes and writing functional specifications.Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM.Fluency in English is required.
