Technical Product Manager – AI / ML Platform

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the roadmap, development lifecycle, and delivery of an enterprise-grade AI / ML platform . This is a strategic, hands-on role that interfaces with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to drive the full MLOps lifecycle, product innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with global (onsite & offshore) teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Own and manage the product backlog , user stories, and feature acceptance criteria using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess technical options and define product release plans.
• Define, document, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively.
• Work closely with UX and development teams to drive product design and delivery.
• Deliver consistent product value aligned with business OKRs / MBOs.
• Create release documentation, demo scripts, and lead demos for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder / customer presentations and system demos.
• Drive the AI / ML platform roadmap , including MLOps pipelines, real-time / batch deployments, and GenAI use cases.
• Identify and access relevant data to build business cases and influence product direction.
• Prioritize the backlog at both feature and story levels with clear understanding of technical scope and business impact.

Required Qualifications :

✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

✅ 7+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles

✅ Hands-on exposure to AI / ML development , data science workflows , and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

✅ Experience managing MLOps tools and pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Databricks, AML)

✅ Understanding of ML fundamentals, including model training, deployment pipelines, and GenAI workflows

✅ Strong data literacy and comfort with data analytics

✅ Fluent in Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks

✅ Exceptional communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

➕ Experience with agent-based AI workflows and generative AI use cases

➕ Familiarity with infrastructure automation and DevOps principles

➕ Prior background in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
