BASIC Home Loan - Technical Product Manager - AI / ML Platform

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI / ML platforms, APIs, and OpenAI technologies. This role will be pivotal in driving the roadmap, strategy, and execution for our AI product offerings. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and external partners to build cutting-edge AI-powered experiences and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions in fintech, including features like intelligent virtual assistants, personalized financial recommendations, document summarization, and fraud detection.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and UX teams to design and integrate OpenAI APIs and other LLMs into our products and platforms.
• Lead API product initiatives enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to internal and third-party financial services.
• Translate complex AI / ML capabilities into intuitive and compliant user experiences aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR).
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, and riskbalancing innovation with financial data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Track performance and adoption of AI features, using data to iterate and improve.
• Stay on top of AI trends, particularly in generative AI, conversational AI, and ML in finance, to influence long-term product strategy.
