Job description

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow with 14+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our :

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, especially HRSD modules.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g., onboarding, payroll, benefits).
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development.
  • Deploy and configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
  • Customize workflows to automate HR tasks like onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
  • ServiceNow Portal Experience.

Experience and Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist are highly desirable

    • Technologies and Tools :

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud,LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory timing : Singapore timing (7 Am till 4 pm IST / 6 : 30 AM till 3 : 30 pm IST)
