State Head - Direct Sales

Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for AffordPlan. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AffordPlan's customer base and market share. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or challenges. Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps : Organize and facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase AffordPlan's offerings and engage with potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption of AffordPlan.
Preferred
- Familiarity With Metro and Tier 1 Cities Is Essential.
- Proficiency In Distributor Management, Including Both Overseeing Existing Distributors and Successfully Onboarding New Ones.
- Prior Consumer Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, And Paints / Cements Sectors.
- Recruit, Train, And Oversee Sales, Business Development (BD), Human Resources (HR), And Training Teams.
- Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
