Job Title : General Manager – Sales
Location : Secunderabad, Trimulgherry
Position Overview :
The General Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing key sales operations across multiple verticals including new car sales, used cars, finance, and customer relationship management. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance by engaging with teams and addressing customer concerns proactively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Maruti Sales Operations
- Oversee all Maruti sales processes to ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Personally engage with customers giving poor ratings to understand concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Sales Team Performance Review
- Review and monitor salespersons (not sales managers) on DSC parameters to ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and corrective measures to enhance productivity.
- Managing MI Team
- Supervise and guide the Management Information (MI) Team in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making.
- Counter Finance Team Review
- Oversee and review the Counter Finance Team to ensure smooth operations in retail finance processes.
- Build strong partnerships with finance institutions to maximize conversions.
- Used Car Team Review
- Monitor and drive performance of the Used Car Division .
- Ensure effective procurement, valuation, pricing, and resale strategies.

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.Minimum 15+ years of experience in automobile sales (only 4 wheeler) with at least 10 years in a senior managerial role in sales .Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
