Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate (Real Estate). The associate will be responsible for tasks related to title diligence, leases, commercial real estate, real estate transactions, and real estate development. The associate will work at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

Prior experience of at least 5 years in real estate / construction related legal roles. Experience in leases, commercial real estate, real estate transactions, title diligence, document review, advisory, and real estate developmentStrong understanding of real estate laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and research skillsAttention to detail and ability to review and draft legal documentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamLaw degree from a recognized universityExperience in the Indian legal industry is a plus
