This role is embedded in the team global service organization as a business partner, reporting to the PCA Manager and indirectly to the Regional Finance Leader.The project control analyst will be responsible to support regional project control initiatives drive standardization of PCA processes using applied on-the-job standard work.The mission specifically includes :Develop and harmonise PCA Processes / WorkflowsSupport Continuous Improvement Initiatives on PCA / Finance topicsActively track and manage to the PCA KPIsWork Closely with the Project Management Office to :Manage, track and provide analysis on support contracts and projects (sales, forecast estimates to complete, actuals, cost reconciliations, risks and opportunities, cash forecasts)Performs financial analysis (budget deviations and identify root causes) for Project Manager, Project Management Office and HQ reportingEnters and maintains all project financial data in ERP (orders, invoicing, budgets, purchase requisitions)Support invoicing and cash collection of project and support contractsDeliver monthly close of assigned business units by country and communicate any exceptionsFurther Essential ResponsibilitiesDrive PCA Lessons Learned and improve efficiency, actively engage in the Continuous Improvement and further Lean InitiativesEnsure compliance to the Global Standard process for Project ControlsSupport PM to align P6 project budgets to as sold in the ERP systemLiaison with Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices to global Quality standardsLiaison with other appropriate Teams within the Region e.g. Comm Ops, Finance, Sales required in the formation of the End to End Project Control ProcessesParticipate in Project reviews as part of the Leader Standard Work, to ensure the application of the defined Project Control approach.Qualifications / RequirementsSAP Super User (preferred)Excellent excel, Smartsheet or equivalentStrong Project Financial Management background5 years experienceStrong experience in used PCA tools and related processesPrevious work experience in multicultural global environmentPersonally, capable to drive changes through functional reporting lines and manage by influenceSkills Required
