Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern, located in Bengaluru. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting in legal research, preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and addressing various legal issues. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents (including police complaints and RTI requests / appeals), conducting legal research, and supporting ongoing legal cases (including police station and court visits). Additionally, interns will communicate effectively with the founder and other stakeholders.

THIS IS A 5-DAY WORK FROM OFFICE INTERNSHIP FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS WITH A STIPEND OF UP TO RS. 10,000 / - (Depending on experience). Food will be provided (Lunch and Dinner).

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or currently pursuing a degree in Law from Bengaluru
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Experience in social work or non-profit sector is a plus
