Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founder's Office- Management Trainee at Equalifi. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting the founder's office in day-to-day operations, project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and globally recognized finance education organization.
Candidates with prior experience in education sales, memberships, events, financial research and content development, business development and strategy would be an ideal fit.
Qualifications
Project Management and Stakeholder Communication skills
Ability to assist in strategic planning and operations
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors / Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience in the finance industry is a plus
Annual CTC
