The Role :

The HubSpot Developer will have experience with both the development and administration of HubSpot. The candidate must have a basic understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and familiarity with Salesforce is desired.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand and implement their HubSpot requirements.

Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure a seamless flow of data.

Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub tools.

Build and manage workflows, sequences, lists, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.

Create and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.

Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity within HubSpot CRM (imports, deduplication, validation).

Manage HubSpot user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Troubleshoot and resolve reported HubSpot issues.

Train and support end-users on HubSpot features, best practices, and new updates.

Stay current with HubSpot product updates and recommend enhancements to optimize processes

Requirements : A bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of experience with HubSpot administration (CRM, Marketing, Sales).

Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (helpful but not primary).

Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier) is an asset.

Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools is desirable.

Desired HubSpot Certifications : HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting.
