Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Achieve and sustain 10K+ monthly leads with a strong focus on quality and conversion.
- Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and targeting.
- Perform A / B testing for creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Collaborate with content / design teams for high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor ad spends, adjust bids, and ensure maximum ROI from budgets.
- Provide weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
5 + years of hands-on PPC marketing experience, preferably in EdTech lead generation.Proven ability to generate 10K+ monthly leads through PPC campaigns.Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.Strong knowledge of conversion funnels, bidding strategies, and attribution models.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM tools.Experience managing medium to large ad budgets with strong ROI.Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.Budget upto 17 LPA
