IT FIELD ENGINEER

Description

We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support, install and maintain IT systems, and troubleshoot various technical issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Assist in the deployment of IT projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on IT equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
• Document all technical procedures and support activities.
