This role is the engine room of SRVs social team.

Youre the bridge between ideas, execution, and clients.

Youll handle brand conversations, campaign planning, content calendars, performance understanding, and smooth coordination between internal teams (design, copy, strategy, paid, video).

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Own end-to-end brand communication across social platforms.
• Build strong relationships with clients; understand their business, tone, and expectations.
• Present strategy, campaigns, reports, and monthly performance reviews clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate internally with designers, copywriters, strategists, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Handle daily communication, approvals, and feedback loops.
