Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content. Ensure timely and impactful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment. Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement. Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Sales-Driven : Results-focused with a strong ability to meet and exceed campaign objectives. Outgoing and Extroverted : Enjoys networking, building relationships, confidently engaging with influencers and Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding. Trend-Oriented : Proactively identifies and acts on new trends, Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer ecosystems. Proactive with Digital Media : Actively seeks collaborations and stays hands-on with outreach tools and campaign analytics tools and platforms. Fluent in English and Hindi : Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.
