Influencer Marketing Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term partnerships with influencers, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution :

  • Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Develop innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

2. Influencer Identification & Partnerships :

  • Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • 3. Content Development & Coordination :

  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure timely and impactful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns.
  • 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization :

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement.
  • 5. Budget Management :

  • Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI.
  • 6. Trend Analysis :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Proactive with Digital Media : Actively seeks collaborations and stays hands-on with outreach tools and campaign analytics tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi :
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.

    Qualifications : Experience :

    3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

    Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
