About the Job :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEGA Developer at the Assistant General Manager (AGM) level to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Pega platform, with a strong focus on integration concepts and a background in the healthcare domain. This role is critical for the development and maintenance of our Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM) Pega Framework.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based business process management (BPM) and case management solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the development and integration of various systems using Pega's integration capabilities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Pega best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Pega platform and its integrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : 6-9 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Pega development.
Certification : Must be a PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSA).
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Pega platform, including case management, data modeling, UI development, and reporting.Proficiency in integration concepts such as REST / SOAP services, data pages, and connectors / services.Hands-on experience with Pega version 8.x (V8.x) is mandatory.Domain Knowledge :
Solid understanding of the healthcare domain.Proven experience with Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM) Pega Framework.Desired Skills :
