Pega Developer (PRPC and Agile Development)

Software Requirements :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate Pega Developer with a solid understanding of the Pega platform, along with knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Overall Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Pega PRPC components, including case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects; provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Stay updated with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members; participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Actively participate in Agile or Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
